When a user signs in, it is assumed that he/she agrees with the terms and conditions via which the working of business is based on. Terms and conditions of a company or web portal is like a contract, where each term gives rise to a contractual obligation which is a body of rules that organizes and regulates the rights and duties arising between individual and company, breach of which will give rise to litigation (claim in court).
Conditions are the main root of the contract. Breaching of a condition will lead to the termination of the contract directly by our company without any warning or inkling. By accepting the terms & conditions thereby we presume that user has given the correct information about him/herself.
By the term ‘correct information’ we mean, personal information about the user (name, address, contact number, e-mail etc.) as well as about the product. It is important for us to know whether the user is individual or an organization as we might amend certain terms in that case.
At any point of time, we reserve the right to make changes in terms and conditions without intimating about the same to the user. It will be displayed on our site, so it is advisory to check with terms & conditions occasionally.
